Cross Country and Track
When you attend any Cross Country or Track & Field event in
the city of Minot you will find two individuals working hard behind the
scenes to make the event successful. Those two people would be Rex
and Deb Sisco.
From the time their oldest Daughter Deidre, who began running
in the 1980's through the 1990's with Renee and finishing with Erin in
2003, they have been tireless volunteers for the Cross Country and
Track & Field programs. Their help included everything from setup to
timing and cleanup. That spans a time period of over 30 years of support to Minot High Athletics and even
today they continue to help with elementary Cross Country in the parks.
They truly epitomize the spirit of a "Harrier" which is to work hard to the finish. Minot High School
thanks Rex and Deb for all that they have done and continue to do!
